Design Optimization

Site Supervision

Due to 15+ years of experience developing Oil&Gas, Energy and Petrochemical international projects for a wide range of clients (Saudi Aramco, Total, Petronas, Repsol, Shell, …); JLD also provides Site Supervision services, helping our clients to monitor project’s key activities such as:

  • Steer the implementation of all field works while considering safety requirements and HSE procedures.
  • Organize subcontractors site activities: piping / steel structure erection and rotating / static equipment installation as per approved schedule.
  • Track site works progress and review shedule in case of contingency or delayed material reception.
  • Provide technical support to subcontractors.
  • Monitor and ensure execution as per client specifications, QC standards and applicable ASME / API Codes.
  • Conduct Piping Hydrotest (Managing construction Punch List and Test preparation).
  • Conduct Equipment BOX-UP – Static & Rotary (Managing construction Punch List and Final Inspection preparation).
  • Improve the site efficiency, productivity and monitor resources to met mechanical completion and ensure proper hand-over to Commissioning department.
  • Perform Handover walkthrough of systems and subsystems defined, create punch lists to reach Commissioning stage.
